This notice covers the public website at knosy.ai and messages sent to its contact address. It does not describe the Knosy desktop app or account services.

Visiting the website
When your browser requests a page, the hosting and network services process the information needed to deliver it, including your IP address, requested URL and time of the request. We use this information to operate and protect the website.
The site's web server does not keep access logs, and access logging is not enabled on its hosting proxy. Error and operational logs may still contain request details and are retained under the host's logging settings.
Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. Mailgun handles email delivery, and we receive and store the correspondence in HighLevel. We use it to respond to your enquiry and manage follow-up.
Why we process this information
Our legitimate interests are operating a secure public website and responding to enquiries about our product. We use the information only where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. We may also keep information where a legal obligation requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence in HighLevel as a record of our communications and potential evidence for legal claims. There is no set deletion date, including after an enquiry has been answered. We can remove contact records on request, but email correspondence is retained separately. If you ask us to erase information in an email, we will review the request and explain whether any information must be kept for a lawful reason.
Who receives information
Website hosting and network delivery services process technical request data. Mailgun and HighLevel process contact emails. Processing may take place outside the UK. Their published data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum. Contact us for details about your information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion or restriction, and object to our use of it. Send requests to contact@mail.knosy.ai.
